Operating Room RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Santa Rosa, California
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- May need to cover one night shift within the contract as needed
- Weekend work required
- On-call required
- Floating between like units required
- Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager discretion
- Pending license not accepted
- RTO must be included at time of submission
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- Neuro experience
- Vascular experience
- Trauma experience
- Orthopedics experience
Additional Notes
- One night shift may be required during the contract
- Call is distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks and may include nights, evenings, and weekends
- Free parking is available
- OR/Endo/L&D/PACU scrubs are provided
