Cardiovascular Surgical Tech

Overview

Role: Cardiovascular Surgical Tech
Specialty/Unit: CVOR Surgical Tech
Location: Neptune, New Jersey
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend required
Holiday requirement: Holidays required as needed
On-call: After 90 days
Float: No float requirement
Scrubs: Provided

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac OR
Must be able to scrub in cardiac surgery
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program or appropriate training program
Surgical Technician Certificate
BLS-AHA

Preferred Qualifications

CABG
MVR/AVR
Minimally invasive cardiac surgery
Aneurysms
ECMO
Impella
Lead extractions
