Endoscopy RN

Role Overview

Travel RN role in Endoscopy at a 3rd-floor unit with Pre-OP, PACU, and Procedure areas.

Schedule

Four 9-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday
Start time depends on daily assignment
One overnight call shift per week
Two weekend call shifts during a 6-week period
Block scheduling is not accommodated

Unit Details

Pre-OP: 8 beds
PACU: 6 beds
Procedure Rooms: 4
Staff range: 12-16
Patient ratios vary
Floating area: none, unless traveler volunteers

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Endoscopy experience

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric Endoscopy Experience
Pulmonary Endoscopy Experience
Endoscopy Tech Experience
