Outpatient Physical Therapist
Role Overview
- Outpatient full-time Physical Therapist covering a leave through 5/23/26.
- Based on the Valley View Campus in Glenwood Springs, CO.
- 40 hours per week, working 4x10-hour days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
- At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience.
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
- Flu vaccination is mandatory from Oct 1 through April 1; no declinations accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of PT experience.
Housing
- Newly remodeled studio apartments and small 1-bedroom apartments are available for travelers during the assignment, based on availability, at additional cost.
