Critical Care Float Pool

Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Evenings and nights
- 72–80 hours per 2 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Hawaii
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float (2 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- ER (Emergency Room) experience
- ED - Emergency Department experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- BLS
- ACLS
Role Details
- Primary care of ER and ICU patients
- May float to other nursing units as needed, not as a primary nurse
- Duties may include expediting on other floors, sitting with patients, helping with transport, telemetry monitoring, and serving on the rapid response and code blue team
