ICU Float Pool Travel/Contract RN
Overview
- Role: ICU Float Pool
- Location: West Hollywood, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Day shift, 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
- Hours per week: 48
- Contract length: 17 weeks
- Start dates accepted: 10/12 or 10/26
Unit / Float Scope
- This is an ICU float pool role.
- Float scope includes MS/Tele/PCU/overflow units, plus Overflow PACU and other MS/Tele/PCU, Stepdown areas.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- 2 years of Critical Care Float experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PA line and Swan Ganz catheter experience
- Experience in a 400-bed or larger facility
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

- Flu vaccination required
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
- No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment
- Pending license not accepted
