Emergency Dept RN
Overview
- Travel RN role in the Emergency Department
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- Night shift: 7PM–7AM
- Every other weekend required
- 1 opening
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Triage and ESI level prioritization
- Resuscitation
- Fast track
- Splinting and immobilization
Preferred
- Moderate Sedation (Adult / Peds)
- Cardioversion
- Transcutaneous Pacing

- Emergency Department
- 16 beds
- Patient ratio: 5:1
- Float requirements: not typically, but it has and could happen
