Med Surg RN
Overview
- Travel RN position in Kennewick, Washington
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- 1 opening
- No block schedules
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered travel
Facility and unit
- 111-bed hospital
- Unit: 2 North
- 16 private rooms
- Trauma Level 3
- Geriatric and adult patient population
- 1:4 patient ratio, with 1:3 accommodations for acuity
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- EKG/Cardiac Monitoring experience
- Respiratory assessment and support experience
- Medication titration experience
Schedule and work expectations
- 2 weekend shifts required in each 2-week pay period
- Call required
- Float required
