PT SNF
Role
- PT in a LTC / SNF setting in Seattle, Washington.
Schedule
- Day shift, 8 hours per day.
- The facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
- Start date: ASAP.
Assignment Details
- Ratios: 1:5.
- First-timers are not accepted.
- Weekend work is not required.
- On-call is not required.
- Floating between like units is not required.
- Block scheduling is not available.
- Local candidates are accepted within a 50–75 mile radius and are paid at the same rate.
- Pending license is accepted.
- The facility may call off up to one shift per pay period.
- Traveler must have their own transportation.
- Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster is required.
- Black scrubs are required.
- Charting system: Net solutions.
- Parking is free.
- Mileage reimbursement: IRS standard.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington.
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
- One completed travel assignment.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
- Experience in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting.
