**Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Therapists in Los Gatos!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care. - Work in a well-structured outpatient environment with: - 8 dedicated staff members, including 1 RN and 6 therapists - Day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5 PM - Consistent patient ratios of 10 patients per group, running 5 groups daily - Responsibilities include: - Facilitate psychotherapy and skills groups - Document groups in EMR system (Meditech) - Conduct psychosocial assessments - Update treatment plans - Participate in treatment team meetings - Engage in discharge planning - Perform safety assessments as necessary - Ideal candidates will possess: - Full, independent practitioner licensure in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) - BLS certification - Experience with CBT and DBT skills is preferred - Background in running psychotherapy or skills groups - Dress Code: Business casual attire required; no jeans permitted. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
