Respiratory Therapist

Role Summary
- Examines patients with breathing issues, analyzes blood/sputum, and conducts lung capacity tests.
- Provides oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy.
- Manages, sets up, and operates mechanical ventilators.
- Provides emergency care including artificial respiration, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Updates patient records, consults with physicians on treatment plans, and assists with discharge planning.
- Teaches patients and families how to manage diseases and use home equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Respiratory Therapist (3 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
