Emergency Dept RN
Overview
- Travel RN role in the Emergency Dept in Highlands, North Carolina.
- 36 hours per week.
- 13-week contract.

- Highlands Cashiers Hospital ED
- ER
- 7 beds
- Standard ED procedures
- Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC
- ENPC
- NRP
- CEN
- CPEN
- CTRN
Schedule / Staffing
- 2 staff on days and 2 on nights
- Mid-shift seasonal coverage from May-September
- Weekends rotate
- No on-call except during flexing with low volume
Floating
- May float to Med surg, but the unit tries not to float staff
