OB GYN RN
Overview
- Travel RN position in Labor and Delivery
- 1 opening
- Shift: 7A-7P
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48
- Weekend hours: every other
- Call: voluntary, not required
- Float as needed
- May care for female post-operative patients
- Patient population: adult and infant
- Unit has 6 beds
- Patient ratio: 1:3
- Trauma Level 4
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- OB/GYN experience
- NRP
- BLS
- STABLE
- AWHONN fetal monitoring
- Iowa SING BG clearance, including criminal and child abuse portions
- All county and state background checks fully cleared prior to start
- Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult
- 10-panel drug screen including opiates
- Titers within the last 12 months for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB
Schedule and Assignment Details
- 36 or 48 guaranteed hours available
- Monday or Tuesday starts allowed
