Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in New Mexico
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (RADTH)
- Associate degree
- TrueBeam machine experience
- Aria/Varian experience
- SPRT experience
- SRS experience
- IGRT experience
- IMRT experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of clinical experience
- IMRT experience
- LDR/HDR experience
Responsibilities
- Performs radiation therapy and radiographic procedures involving X-rays and radioactive substances
- Operates specialized X-ray equipment as prescribed by the physician
- Keeps treatment records and prepares operational reports
- Maintains, stores, and orders supplies and equipment
- Provides quality patient care related to prescribed diagnosis, treatment, age group, development, and other identified needs
- Responsible for duties related to administering a prescribed course of Radiation Therapy
