Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Overview
- Travel assignment in Asheville, North Carolina
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Unit size: 5 beds
- Staffed with 25 staff members
- Day shift: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
- Night shift: on call
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Floating: none
- Dress code: Surgical Green
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in North Carolina
- Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- RCIS or ARRT
- 1 year of recent EP (electrophysiology) experience
- PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) experience
Procedures / Clinical Focus
- Diagnostic and interventional heart caths
- Structural heart procedures
Additional Notes
- Every 5th weekend on call, from 7am Saturday to 7am Monday
