Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Step-Down

Assignment Details

13-week contract
Clinical role
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
3 x 12 schedule
Weekends required as needed
Holidays required as needed
No on-call requirement
Float to units within competency as required
Float requirement: as needed
Scrub color: Navy Blue

Unit

Cardiac Vascular & Post Surgical Stepdown Unit
Neuro Surgical Step Down Unit

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting
Strong MS/Tele background
Neuro experience
Epic charting experience
ASN
ACLS-AHA
NIHSS
BLS-AHA
CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours
Telemetry
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license

Preferred Qualifications

Ventilator
Post-cardiac surgery experience
Post-surgical experience
BSN
Ventilator management
5 years of experience
