RN - Rapid Response

Overview

Travel assignment in Kingwood, Texas
6-week contract
48 hours per week
Start: 5–7 days from offer
Emergency Department
28 beds
4:1 patient ratio
Floor: 1st
Building: North Tower

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Rapid Response experience
BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC

Preferred

Trauma

Unit Details

Day shift staffing: Charge, 10 RNs, 2–3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
Night shift staffing: Charge, 10 RNs, 2–3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
Typical procedures: IV start, blood draw, resuscitation, EKG
EMR: Meditech
Works 4 weekend shifts per month
No on-call

Additional Notes

No RTO or special scheduling
Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
