Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Utah
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Orientation is monthly, during the 2nd full week of the month, Monday–Thursday
Weekend hours: 24
