- Travel/Contract assignment in Santa Rosa, California
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00

Required Qualifications
- Valid Polysomnographer license in California
- Polysomnographer (1 year of experience)
- Polysomnographer experience within the last year
Certifications
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- CHEMO - Chemotherapy
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- IV Certification
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
- NIH Stroke Certification
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
- State License - Copy of Professional License
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)

- Float policy acknowledgement required; traveler may be required to float to another Providence facility within a reasonable distance
- Government-issued photo ID required
