Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with rotation for one day of weekend coverage

Float Scope

May float to MedSurg, rarely

Scrub colors / dress code: Any color, non-skid footwear
Parking available in a designated area behind the hospital and outside the perimeter of the front hospital lot
