Emergency Dept RN

Role Overview

Travel RN position in the Emergency Room
1 opening
36 guaranteed hours per week
Rotating weekends/as needed
No call
Float as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (5 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
CPI

Preferred

ICU experience in addition to ED experience
Lots of Emergency Room experience

Unit Details

31 beds and 2 Triage rooms
7 of the 31 beds are used for Behavioral Health or Acute patients
Serves all ages
Patient ratio is 1:4

Additional Notes

Handle with Care is available on-site
Random drug screening is completed on site
Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
