- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- BLS
Additional Notes
- WA and AK are allowed to work on a Compact License
- Candidates with perm/PRN work at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year
- Candidates with prior ATI traveler or perm/PRN work more than one year ago may need rehire eligibility review
- Parking will be provided during first-day information
- Dress code will be provided during first-day information
