Outpatient coverage with float scope to Acute Care and SNF

Contract

Travel/Contract
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
Hours: 40 per week
Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatrics
Adolescents

Schedule and Work Expectations

No on-call
No weekends
No block schedule
Locals not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
RTO based on request

Facility Setting

Critical Access Hospital
Acute Care Medical Center / Long Term Care Facility / Outpatient
Level IV Trauma
46 acute care beds
22 LTC beds
