Labor and Delivery RN
Travel/Contract
Start date: ASAP
Shift: 3x12 variable
13-week contract
First timers accepted
Weekend work required
Floating within scope may be required
Block scheduling is not available
Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Pending license is not accepted
Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks, with up to 1 12-hour shift called off per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alaska
Labor and Delivery experience with 1 year of experience
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
AWHONN Intermediate
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Parking is free
Housing is available during the assignment at additional cost
Housing is typically a 1-bedroom apartment
Pets are not allowed
Housing is typically for the traveler only
Housing must be cleaned on departure or additional cleaning fees may apply
