- 613-IMCU/Progressive Care
- 10 beds
- Floating area: IMCU/Stroke dept
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with Amio, Heparin, Cardizem, 3% Saline
Unit Details
- Patient ratios: 1:3, 1:4
- Equipment used on the unit includes Bipap and Trach vents
- Typical procedures include Chest Tube insertion
- Weekend shifts: 4
- EMR: Expanse
