OT Acute Care/Skilled Nursing

- Travel/Contract assignment in Anchorage, Alaska
- Acute Care/Skilled Nursing OT
- 13 weeks
- Start: ASAP
- Day shift, 4x10 or 5x8
- Typically needs coverage on Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri
- First timers accepted
- Weekend requirement: 2 weekend days per month
- On-call not required
- Floating within scope: n/a
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Pending license accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Alaska
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
- NBCOT
