Pediatrics RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Lubbock, Texas
16-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
Float between units
On-call required based on unit census
Weekends required: 5 shifts in a 6-week period
Expected patient ratio: 1:3–5
181-bed Children’s Hospital / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Pediatric Med Surg experience within the last year
1 year of Pediatric Med Surg experience
Pediatrics experience
NURSYS verification required for all RNs
BLS
PALS
ACLS
NRP
1st timers accepted

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric experience preferred

Additional Notes

Scrub color: Navy for RNs
