RN Med Surg

Overview

Travel RN position in Wilson, North Carolina
12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend
No call requirements
Orientation is bi-weekly
Upcoming start dates: 10/12, 10/26, 11/9
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit

3rd & 5th Med Surg
22 beds on each unit
Adult and geriatric patient population
Patient ratio: 6:1 up to 7:1

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Med Surg experience

Float Scope

May float as a 2nd nurse
May float to Tele
May float to ED

Additional Notes

Must be able to schedule to fit the facility’s needs
