OT

Overview

Travel OT role in Lynnwood, Washington.
13-week assignment.
36 guaranteed hours per week.
Shift: 8am-4pm.
Weekend hours: once a month.

Facility and unit

Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
40-bed rehab unit.
Floors 1-3.
Department/cost center: Rehab.

Required qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Master's degree in occupational therapy

Preferred

OT experience in acute care, skilled nursing home, or inpatient rehab hospital.

Patient population and common diagnoses

General patient population.
Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, and debility.

Additional notes

EHR: EPIC, Rehab Connect.
Scrub color: black scrubs.
Time to report: 7:30-8:00 AM.
Parking: rear of building.
