RN - SSSU/PACU
Overview
- Contract RN role in Clarkston, Washington.
- Start ASAP.
- Schedule is 4 10's, day shift, with shared on-call rotation.
- 36 hours per week.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- Phase II recovery care
- Perioperative experience
- Preoperative experience
- Endoscopy experience
- Infusion experience
Role Details
- Nursing care duties include floating to the entire Outpatient Services area, including Day surgery, Endoscopy Lab, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Pre-operative Clinic, and hospital needs of conscious sedation for special procedures.
- Responsibilities include nursing assessment, peri-operative education and care, and recognizing post anesthesia and post-operative complications.
