Intermediate Care RN
Role
Travel Registered Nurse for an Intermediate Care float pool position.
Unit / Setting
- Float Pool position within central pool PCU units
- Supports cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology
- May also float to hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med tele, general surgery, neurology including neuro SDU, neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN
Required Qualifications
- Active VT license upon submission
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIHSS prior to start
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Large trauma level 1 teaching facility experience
- Cardiology experience with post cath, stemis, and structural heart patients
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Minimum of every other weekend
- No block schedules
Start / Assignment Notes
- Must start within the next two weeks
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
- Monday to Sunday scheduling window
