PT Outpatient
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Kodiak, Alaska
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
- Traveler’s choice: 5x8 or 4x10 days
- First timers accepted
- Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatrics
- Adolescents
Work Setting
- Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF coverage
- Float scope includes Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF
- Therapy department serves outpatients, inpatients, and SNF patients, plus wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties

- Acute Care Medical Center / Long Term Care Facility / Outpatient
- Level IV Trauma
- Critical Access Hospital
- 46 acute care beds
- 22 LTC beds
Additional Notes
- No on-call
- No weekends
- No block schedule
- Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Pending license not accepted
- RTO based on request
- Housing is available during the assignment at additional cost
- Pets are not allowed
