RN Emergency Dept

Role Overview

Travel RN assignment in the Emergency Department
67 beds
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekends/on-call: as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
NIHSS
CPI

Preferred Qualifications

Meditech knowledge

Unit Details

Day shift staffing includes 1 supervisor, 1 charge, multi techs, 1 CNA, and 19 nurses
Night shift staffing includes 1 supervisor, 1 charge, multi techs, 1 CNA, and 19 nurses
Patient ratio: 4:1

Work Environment

Must be flexible with changing ER acuity and census
RN must wear navy scrubs
No visible tattoos
Hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back
No gel or acrylic nails
