Peds Echo Tech
Role Summary
- Travel/Contract position in Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 13-week contract
- No float or weekend shifts required
- Call required, with weekend and evening call rotation
- Units accept first-time travelers
- Locals within 50 miles are not accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Echocardiography license in New Mexico
- Pediatric Echocardiography (2 years of experience)
- Pediatric Echocardiography experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- ARDMS or CCI
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Experience with Neonate Echo
- Drivers License/State ID
- Education Verification
- Background Check
- Fingerprinting
- PALS
- NRP
- Color Blind Testing
- Skills checklist
- Work history verification
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
