Clinical Research Nurse

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Fullerton, California
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
• Contract length: 26 weeks
• Role is patient-facing and administratively based
• Position is based on a 6 month grant

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Research / Clinical Research experience
• Research / Clinical Research experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care or Ambulatory Care setting

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRC
• 2+ years of Clinical Research experience
• 3+ years of sub specialty nursing experience in an acute care/ambulatory setting
• Rheumatology experience
• Oncology experience
• Inpatient Studies experience
• CAR-T experience
• IDX experience
• Meditech experience
• NextGen experience
• PACS experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Role Summary

• Coordinates clinical research protocols under federal regulations, GCP, IRB guidelines, department standard work, and scope of practice
• Works with investigators, research leadership, sponsors, and other departments to support study coordination, recruitment, enrollment, data collection, regulatory work, monitor visits, audits, and study documentation
• Supports study medication and supply inventory, temperature logs, and reporting of temperature excursions
