PT - Therapy

Overview

Travel PT assignment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Day shift
30 guaranteed hours per week
1 opening
13-week contract
23-bed unit on the 3rd floor
Trauma Level: ICU
Primarily geriatric patient population
Float possibility to a sister facility in Muskogee, but not mandatory

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Associate degree in physical therapy
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Preferred Qualifications

Work with ventilator patients

Additional Details

Common diagnosis/treatment: Medically complex patients
EHR: NetHealth
Scrub color: Royal Blue
Open-toed shoes are not allowed
