**Exciting Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery** - Are you a passionate and skilled RN looking to make a difference in the world of Obstetrical care? - Join a dynamic team where you can showcase your expertise in providing exceptional care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hold shift accountability for labor and delivery patient care - Utilize the Nursing Process in line with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe delivery of care - Anticipate and plan for patient needs with leadership and confidence - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training - Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering patient care **Qualifications:** - Current NM RN Licensure - Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NRP - Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in critical care, specifically in Obstetrics **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
