RN - Emergency Dept
Overview
- Travel RN assignment in Nashville, Tennessee
- Unit: Spring Hill ER
- 12 beds
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating weekends
- Floating: other FSED if staffing allows or unable to meet 36-hour requirement
- Documentation system: Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
Preferred
- Blue or black scrubs preferred
Clinical Focus
- PEDS and Adult focus
- Advanced skills needed: drip titrations, breathing Tx administration
- Procedures performed on unit: pelvic exams, suture setup, orthopedic splinting
Additional Notes
- Great attendance, teamwork, and communication with providers and peers related to patient care needs are expected
- Hamilton Ventilator, EKG, and bedside monitors are used on the unit
