RN - OB/GYN

Role

Travel RN in Mother baby on the 3rd floor
1 opening
Nights
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend, possibly less
No call
No float requirements

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Neonate patients
Experience with couplet care
Must be able to attend deliveries and catch newborns and recover them
Experience with cesarean section
OB/GYN experience

Preferred

Prepping/PACU for c-sections

Unit Details

8 post partum beds
Patient ratio: 1:3 couplets
EHR: Paragon

Experience / Skills

Couplet care
Ability to attend deliveries and catch newborns and recover them
Experience with post c-section patients

Neonate

Antepartum and postpartum complications
Vaginal delivery
C-section delivery
