RN ICU

Overview

Travel RN position in Wilson, North Carolina
13-week contract
36 guaranteed hours per week
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
6 openings
Orientation is bi-weekly
Start dates listed: 10/26, 11/9, 11/23

Unit / Setting

ICU and IMU
16-bed unit
Tele overflow
Float requirements: yes
Weekend requirement: every other or every third weekend
No call requirement
Adult patient population

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1.5 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Teamwork
BSN preferred

Additional Details

Patient ratios: ICU 2:1, IMU 3:1, Tele 1:5
Common diagnoses/treatments include COPD, ARF, DKA, Sepsis, and Shock
Unacceptable attire: artificial nails
