Labor and Birth RN

Job Overview

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekly hours: 36
Weekend requirement: As required by the facility
Call: None
Float: May be required to float to postpartum

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
2 years of labor experience at a hospital that delivers 350-400 monthly
Post Partum experience
BLS
C-EFM
NRP

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS
PALS

Unit Details

Labor and Birth unit
15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds
Typical patient ratios: 1:1 or 2:1
Uses external fetal monitoring

Additional Notes

Black scrubs required
