RN Family Birthing Center

Overview

Contract RN role in Salida, Colorado.
Night shift: 1800-0600, 24 hours per week.
Weekends and holidays are required.
Overtime is optional after 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado.
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience).
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year.
BLS.
NRP.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications

PALS.

Role Summary

Provides direct patient care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonate patients in the Family Birthing Center.
Independently assesses and evaluates patient status, collaborates on care planning, provides education and counseling, assists with procedures, documents care, and supports a safe patient environment.
