RN Rehab
Role
- RN in a rehab nursing unit for rehab patients, including post-surgical hips, knees, stroke, and TBI.
Location
- Plano, Texas
Assignment Details
- Travel assignment
- Nights
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every other weekend
- 1 opening
- 40-bed unit
- Patient ratio: 6-7
- Float scope: main nursing station and North nursing station
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient Rehab setting
- Med Surg experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CRRN is preferred but not required
Additional Notes
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient population: adults 18 and older
