Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year

Patient population: majority adult and geriatric
Common diagnosis/treatment: wide variety
Personality fit: adaptable and willing to learn
Dress code: any color scrubs or business casual; slacks and polo
