- NICU RN
- Level III NICU
- Charge role
- Open to 3x12s or 4x12s
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Unit Details
- NICU, 3223.607000.27059
- 190 births per month
- May float to MB for babies; if couplet experience, may float fully
Schedule
- Night shift
- 4x12 hours, 18:00–6:30
- Weekends every other, may exceed to meet unit needs
- On-call not required
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in Charge roles
