CST/ORT - First Assist
Role Overview
- Travel assignment for a First Assist open heart surgery role with vein harvesting.
- Specialty focus: Open Heart and Vascular.
- Unit: CVOR Open Heart Surgery.
- 2 openings.
- Days with call.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- No float requirements.
Required Qualifications
- CVOR First Assist (1 year of experience).
- CVOR First Assist experience within the last year.
- Experience working with Vascular patients.
- Experience with vein harvesting.
Preferred Qualifications
- CVOR Open heart.
Schedule
- Weekday call three days; rare weekend call from Friday night until Saturday at 0900.
- Orientation is weekly.
Facility Details
- 171 beds.
- Adult patient population.
- Trauma Level 2.
- Joint Commission Accredited.
- Certified Chest Pain Center.
