Outpatient PEDs PT
Travel/Contract assignment in Apple Valley, California

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8
Shift window: any 8 hours between 0730 and 1800
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start date: ASAP

Contract Length

13 weeks

Experience

1 year of specialty experience required
Pediatric experience required
First-timers accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Physical Therapist license in California
Pediatric Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Pediatric Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation

Work Conditions

Will be working independently
No floating
Local radius is 50 miles
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
