RN - PCU

Job Overview

Travel RN position in Colorado
36 hours per week
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Preferred Experience

Cardiac experience
ICU experience
Prior Meditech experience

Unit Details

45-bed unit
Patient ratio: 4-5
Uses lifts, dynamap, and cardiac monitoring equipment
Common care includes cardiac drips, cardiac catheters, chest tube management, wound care, and TPN/lipids

Work Environment

Team-oriented
Positive attitude toward staff and providers
Self-scheduling available as allowed
