RN - Post Partum/Mom Baby

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 8 weeks Openings: 4 Specialty: Med Surg Floor/Unit: Mother Baby

Schedule

Nights, 4x12
36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekend hours as required by facility
No call requirements
Float as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Post Partum experience (2 years)
Post Partum experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care
Maintains professional accountability for the care of assigned patients
Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
Coordinates patient care with other departments
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
Performs duties consistent with the facility's mission, values, and service standards
