Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Description

• Occupational Therapist with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Workload split approximately 50/50 between inpatient and outpatient care
• Variable schedule including weekends

Requirements & Certifications

• BLS/BCLS certification required

Work Schedule & Overtime

• Workweek defined as Monday 12:01 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM
• Overtime applies for hours worked over 40 hours per week
• Overtime rate includes an additional premium on top of the regular hourly rate
• Holiday pay includes an additional premium on top of the regular hourly rate
• For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, billing is at an all-inclusive rate for the entire shift (no extra pay for hours 9-12)

Additional Information

• Housing can be somewhat difficult to find in the area
• Facility prefers credentialing documents to be submitted in one batch, with updates encouraged but final compliance sent all at once

This position offers a balanced inpatient/outpatient caseload with a flexible schedule including weekends, suitable for OTs seeking contract work in rehabilitation therapy.
